Browser-local preferences
Saved tickers, saved filter views, theme, and row density are stored in this browser's local storage under form4radar.preferences.v1. They are not an account, do not sync between devices, and are not submitted as a portfolio. Remove items on the watchlist page or clear this site's browser data to erase the stored preferences.
Search and shared links
Search terms and active filters are sent to this website to load matching records. Shareable filter URLs include the search terms and any selected tickers, so sharing such a URL discloses those fields to its recipient. Hosting and security infrastructure may retain ordinary request logs, including URLs and network metadata; the application does not define the hosting provider's retention policy.
Optional email submission
An email form appears only when the operator configures a newsletter provider. Submitting that form sends your email address, optional ticker, and an InsiderFilingDesk source label to the configured provider. The application does not log submitted addresses or pretend an unconfigured provider has stored them. Subscription confirmation, delivery, and unsubscribing depend on that provider.
Usage analytics
Google Analytics measures consented page usage and is loaded only after affirmative consent. It does not read calculator inputs, submitted text, images, reports, or saved watchlists. Hosting infrastructure may receive ordinary request metadata under its own policies. Browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track prevent this site from loading the analytics script. Advertising and analytics
Advertising is disabled by default. Preview ad slots are only placeholders. Live AdSense units require valid operator configuration and an explicit permission signal from the operator's consent-management integration before the app requests Google's ad script. An enabled provider may process information according to its own policies and the choices collected by that integration.
This consent hook is not itself a complete consent-management platform. The operator must provide the appropriate notices, preference controls, revocation handling, provider disclosures, and any required certified integration before switching on live ads. No such compliance certification is claimed by this application.
