About the demo records
The CMRC profile includes source-linked filing examples with illustrative market and compensation values. ALFA, BRAV, CRST, and DUNE are synthetic companies built to exercise screening behavior. Synthetic rows do not link to fabricated SEC records, and all demo post-purchase returns are suppressed.
Important coverage limitations
The current application does not certify an exhaustive historical import, complete amendment reconciliation, independent beneficial ownership across related entities, or the availability of every market-data field. “No recorded selling” is not proof of no selling. “First purchase after a gap” is not proof that the intervening history is complete.
If a database request fails, the app shows an error. It does not silently substitute demo rows for production data. Missing current or historical prices remain unavailable rather than being fabricated from the filing.
Indexing and external services
Search indexing is disabled by default in this deployment. Demo pages are noindex, and the sitemap is empty until indexing is explicitly enabled with a configured database and public HTTPS site URL.
Advertising is off by default. Configured live units also wait for the operator's consent-management integration. Newsletter forms are shown only when a provider endpoint is configured; local watchlists never imply email alert delivery.
