Purchase screens use code P with an acquired direction. P includes open-market and private purchases. Read the original filing and the screen's limitations.
How this screen works
This screen requires at least one P purchase and no S disposition in the trailing 365-calendar-day transaction window. It sums the known purchase values in that same period. Awards, gifts, exercises, and tax-related withholding do not count as S sales, but they remain visible in the company history.
No recorded sale is not proof of no selling, especially with incomplete history. A lack of sales also says nothing about the quality of a business or the independence of multiple reporting owners.
Use the result as a starting point. Follow the company link for purchase context, dated market snapshots, a full transaction list, and original SEC filing links. Read our methodology.
