How this screen works
This screen sums the dollar value of qualifying P purchases and S sales with a transaction date in the trailing 30 calendar days and a filing date on or before the as-of date, then ranks companies by purchases minus sales. A negative net figure means recorded selling outweighed recorded buying; those companies are excluded from this leaderboard.
Net value depends on priced lines only; unpriced transactions do not affect the total. This is a snapshot of loaded, recorded activity, not a signal that a company is undervalued or that insiders expect a specific outcome.
