Purchase screens use code P with an acquired direction. P includes open-market and private purchases. Read the original filing and the screen's limitations.
How this screen works
The screen sorts the loaded company purchase history and looks for a gap of at least three years between consecutive P transactions. To appear, the purchase ending that gap must also be within the latest 90 calendar days. This is a company-level gap across reported buyers, not necessarily one person's first purchase.
A missing historical filing can create a false gap. Until a complete backfill and amendment reconciliation are verified, read this as a gap in recorded data, not proof that no insider bought for three years.
Use the result as a starting point. Follow the company link for purchase context, dated market snapshots, a full transaction list, and original SEC filing links. Read our methodology.
