How this screen works
A company qualifies only when at least two distinct insiders have P purchases in the last 30 calendar days. The 0–100 score combines buyer breadth, recency, purchases relative to market cap, and seniority. CIKs identify buyers when present; otherwise normalized names are used. Repeated purchases by one person do not create a cluster.
Distinct reporting identities are not necessarily independent economic owners. Related funds, trusts, and joint filings can represent shared exposure. The score describes the loaded activity and is not a forecast.
